Payment & Refund Policy
Aksharam Yogalaya – Online Yoga Classes
At Aksharam Yogalaya, we maintain transparency and discipline in all administrative matters, in alignment with yogic values of commitment and responsibility. Kindly read the following payment and refund policy carefully before enrolling in any online class or program.
- Payment Confirmation
• All payments for online yoga classes must be completed in advance.
• Once the payment is made, please share a screenshot or proof of payment with the Aksharam Yogalaya team for confirmation and class enrollment.
• Enrollment will be confirmed only after payment verification. - No Refund Policy
• All payments made for classes, workshops, or programs are strictly non-refundable.
• This applies regardless of:
• Non-attendance
• Partial attendance
• Personal reasons
• Change of schedule
• Technical or internet issues from the participant’s side
Yoga classes require advance planning and reserved teaching time; therefore, refunds cannot be accommodated.
- No Transfer of Fees
• Paid fees cannot be transferred to another person, batch, or program.
• Fees are valid only for the selected class duration and schedule. - Class Continuity & Discipline
• Participants are expected to maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Missed classes will not be compensated or rescheduled unless explicitly stated by the school. - Schedule Changes by School
• Aksharam Yogalaya reserves the right to:
• Adjust class timings if required
• Change instructors when necessary
• Cancel or reschedule classes due to unavoidable circumstances
• In such rare cases, appropriate alternatives will be communicated. - Technical Responsibility
• Participants must ensure a stable internet connection and suitable device for online classes.
• The school will not be responsible for disruptions caused by individual technical issues. - Acceptance of Policy
• By making a payment and enrolling in any program, the participant agrees to abide by all payment and refund policies of Aksharam Yogalaya.
